Haven't received my Quantum Break code

On April 3rd, I pre-ordered Quantum Break through the Xbox Store, specifically for the Windows 10 version promo code. It's now been over a month since the game's release and I still haven't received the code. I did receive a code for Alan Wake but not Quantum
Break. So where is it? Thanks.

Haven't Received Alan Wake Code for Preordering Quantum Break

I still haven't received my Alan Wake code for pre-ordering Quantum Break. I have received the American Nightmare code and the Quantum Break windows 10 code.

Can you help me out please?

No Quantum Break code

Hi,

I pre ordered Xbox One Quantum Break bundle from retailer in february. I received my Xbox One in 5th April. I haven't yet received Windows 10 keys code for Quantum Break.

I was sent here after speaking to a representative from Microsoft to solve my issue with not receiving my Windows 10 code for Quantum Break and the Alan Wake: American Nightmare DLC. Also, I haven't received my $10.00 code for pre-ordering the game as well.
