    Haven’t received my points for preordering destiny 2


    I preordered destiny 2 about a month before it came out and I looked at my statement for last month and I haven’t received the points.

    Destiny 2 Preorder Reward Points Missing

    I have not yet received my reward points from preordering Destiny 2 from the xbox store. Can you please assist?

    Haven’t received my points for preordering destiny 2

    That purchase would have counted as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard that was running at that time. You would have needed 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the credits.

    Hi ABitOfFruit. Smwutches is correct. That pre-order went towards the Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. Since you didn't purchase three pre-orders, the mission was not completed.

    Hi ABitOfFruit. Smwutches is correct. That pre-order went towards the Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. Since you didn't purchase three pre-orders, the mission was not completed.

    There were no Xbox Rewards offers to receive 6,000 credits for Destiny 2. That was an offer from the Microsoft Rewards program. Preorders did not count towards that offer.
    Ok then, where are my Rewards points? I'm a member of both.

    There were no offers to receive credits just for preordering Destiny. If you preordered it on or after July 1, it would have counted as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. you would have needed 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer
    and receive the credits.
