Discus and support Haven't received my keys from the community goal. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I made the community goal for 100 keys in Italy. I didn't get them.     Haven't received my keys from the community goal.


    I made the community goal for 100 keys in Italy. I didn't get them. Could you help please?

    community goal reached, did not receive keys

    I filled in my power card several times and reached 40 keys I logged back in the next day to find the community goal had been reached and reset but I haven't received my keys?? is there a way to fix this?

    Found the answer actually... you have to go back to the Bingo's main menu and click on the Social tab. Rewards are under there. Hope that helps!

    What a load of BS

    I played the powercard in America and was able to reach the personal goal to receive 40 keys. I see that the goal has gone up, so I assume that the goal was reached, so how do I receive the keys?

    Did you look to see if they were in the incoming gifts section? That's where I found my keys from the community goal.
