    I got an inbox message 24 hours ago from gamer-tag "Mister Cazador" stating that You took a closer look in this and were afraid it was determined that I did not meet the requirements for the January Xbox Game Pass Quest and you were not able to provide a
    code?

    I have messaged him back to say that I disagree with this and this is not correct. If you check my achievement list I clearly have played the required "DIRT" game for over 10 hours?

    Please can this be looked into ASAP as I have been waiting a long time for a response on this one and have not had any further responses back from Mister Cazador.

    No one looking into this now. I have told you several times I qualified for this and I keep being told I did not and now im being ignored. Service has gone downhill from Microsoft over the last few months, I don't know why!!

    Not received mine either. Have waited the allotted time and 30 days has now passed. I normally get mine after about 15 days maximum but the one for playing dirt for 10 hours has failed to appear. Please can this be sorted.
