    i preordered battlefield 1 on the xbox store over a week ago and still havent received my free code to ea access for one month

    it said in the description it would be sent in my message center. havent got anything

    I preordered NHL, Titanfall, FIFA and Battlefield a week ago but never got my 1 month EA Access codes I'm supposed to get for preordering. Anyone else?

    Promotion codes of this type are typically sent out 7-10 days following the date of pre-order. If after 10 days have passed, you still don't have a code, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll look into things then.

    EA ACCESS code not received!

    The promotion was for 1 month free EA ACCESS which was promoted on the xbox one Dashboard. I purchased xbox gold as required but have not received a code to give me the EA ACCESS.

    I have also preordered FIFA17 Ultimate edition.
