Haven't received my codes for Gears of War 123J

I purchased Gears of War 4, and wanted to play the prior Gears games ahead of release but I still haven't received them and was wondering if I could get any help on this issue.

I haven't received code for my gears of war games. When I purchased gears of war 4 ultimate bundle no code was sent

 

bought gears limited edition and havent received my codes for gears 2 yet.

I bought the limited edition for gears 4 and I received some of my codes for the previous gears games but I haven't received a code for gears 2 yet...need some help.
