I watched the Mixer last week so I could get the Huntress Figurehead for Sea of Thieves, but I haven't received it yet

yeah, to be honest, nothing in that article helps. I can't seem to find a page or link that lets me talk with a Microsoft representative.

 

Spoek directly to xbox support on the phone and they told me its a developer issue and if i hadn’t received it yet i probably wont be

 

I see. well that's fantastic. I'm really glad I woke up early and watched that stupid mixer for nothing, then.

 

Same boat mate stayed up til 3am watching the stupid stream only to miss out.... ive submitted a ticket to rare themselves as per what xbox support told me to do waiting to see if they pass the buck back to xbox again

I watched the mixer stream too and didn't received anything, could you please fix it ? I already had the same trouble with getting the mixer pistol skin in the early days of the game.

I tried looking up the Gamer Tag: LouisSoulié to confirm if you were eligible for
receiving the MixPot items, but nothing shows up under that Gamer Tag. Since that is the case, can you please provide me with the correct Gamer Tag you signed into Mixer with to watch the live stream on Aug 21, 2018. Once I have this information, I will
be more than happy to take a further look into this for you.

Have you tried to sign in and reconnect your Microsoft account for that part? There may be a chance that it can refresh the effects if you reconnect.
