I think you are miss quoting because the codes according to their own website said it's being sent in waves and in the following weeks

You are just going to have to wait

This prevents weeks long queues

This does include preorders I only preorders it recently and I got mine the first day but the queue was full for 2days2days and most couldn't redeem the codes because of the queue

This is why not everyone get it at once it would've been much longer

I'm in the same boat. They just told me it's a Pre-order ONLY promotion. Which is where I am fighting now to get the code.

well if that's the case its been missold and I want the difference back for the ultimate edition, I'm not bothered about season pass I just want halo wars definitive edition

im in the same boat, utter joke... I've contacted support three times only to be told on the third attempt to come here.. Still no response to my post its laughable!
