Discus and support Haven't received game codes in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought the digital copy for Gears 4 and did not receive my codes for the extra 4 games.     I bought the digital copy for Gears 4 and did not receive my codes for the extra 4 games. I have contacted support but still nothing. Who do I have to talk to to fix this?

    redemption code not received via email xbox one

    brought xbox one Saturday 18th of june put in code for free game at 8.30pm and haven't received a email to tell the code for free game its been two days (over 24hours) and also emailed xbox support for help haven't received a email from them either, want
    to know why I haven't received anything?

    Haven't received my codes yet

    I bought gears of war ultimate edition back in November 2015 and still haven't received my codes. I installed and played the game so I dont understand why I haven't received any of the codes that were promised. Please help

    It should take up to 30 days to receive the codes. If it's been over the 30 days, you'll want to post in the Sales and Promotions forum so support can get you the codes.
