Haven't received Fallout 3 code!

I bought Fallout 4 on the Xbox store 10 days ago, I have yet to receive my code for Fallout 3 and it is now past the "7-10 days" period.

Sorry to hear that you have not received your Fallout 3 code yet! If you have purchased Fallout 4 between the 10th and the 13th of November and have not received your code for Fallout 3, have no worries! Your codes will be sent out shortly. If you still
