Haven't Received Fallout 3 Code With Purchase of Fallout 4 After One Month

Hi Sorry for the repost but I haven't recived my digital Fallout 3 code with purchase of Fallout 4 from the Xbox Store.

I bought the game in the Xbox Store on December 12th and have been waiting pateintly.
