Haven't received fallout 3 code from fallout 4 preorder

I pre-ordered fallout 4 from xbox store on my Xbox one on Sept 21, but have not received the fallout 3 code yet.

I also have never received my Fallout 3 code from my Digital Preorder of Fallout 4.

 

Fallout 4 Preorder didn't give Fallout 3

  • Date of purchase: “November 6, 2015”
  Issue: I haven't received my fallout 3 code even though I digitally preordered Fallout 4. I did preorder it though gamestop but it was digitally preorded not a physical copy so I don't know if the code for fallout 3 was on the receipt.
