Haven't received email for warframe platinum redeemed via MyVip Gems

Discus and support Haven't received email for warframe platinum redeemed via MyVip Gems in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Hi on the 2nd April 2018 I redeemed 500 Gems to get 2 lots of 75 platinum.     Haven't received email for warframe platinum redeemed via MyVip Gems


    Hi on the 2nd April 2018 I redeemed 500 Gems to get 2 lots of 75 platinum. Haven't received the email as of yet. Did earn some more gems redeemed again for platinum on warframe on 4th April 2018 and sent to my alternate email and got the code instantly.
    I've checked all the various folders on my main email account and nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

    Where is my stuff

    my credits havent been deposited and nor does it give me the option to request them deposited they now amount 13k but was just over 12k when it hit 30th .

    I also claimed many rewards using my gems

    despite saying redeemed i dont have any

    it promted me to give my current email upon using the gems which

    i did so can i get some help i asked someone through live chat but

    they aint got a scooby and the twitter help is a joke

    MyVIP rewards not received

    I tried to redeem 3x 75 Platinum for Warframe from the MyVIP Vault on 02/04/2018 and haven't received them, despite them showing as redeemed.

    Our win fulfillment team has re-sent all your vault prize emails. We see that you had two registered email addresses, so you may receive duplicates to your email you confirmed received prizes already. Be sure to check your other email address, as well as
    that email's junk folder, as we have had reports of prizes being filtered there automatically.

    my vip gem rewards codes still not recived

    I redeemed another 100 points on GWENT 2 Card Kegs -100 MyVIP Gems

    using my main Xbox email address and received the code & code worked

    I used my Xbox alternate email address with the other three redeemed items

    I have received reward codes in the past to my alternate email address so the email isn't the problem

    if the items are unavailable then please give me my 1200 MyVip Gems back so i can use them on something else

    The Gem emails are just for your perks/challenges that you need to claim on the MyRewards page, if you haven't already. At the current moment, we do not send out gem emails for general Gem activity like earning gems for your spending.

    MyVIP Exclusives are special offers for select VIPs. When you are selected, you will receive an email for the special offer.
