    Haven't received DS code yet!


    Hello support team,

    I like many other purchasers of Dark Souls 3 (DS3 from here on) are still expecting to receive a code for Dark Souls (DS) after 7-10 days as was promised. I paid for my copy of the deluxe version on 04/01/2016 09:27 PM. Here I am 15 days later still waiting.
    I looked into the matter on your forums and saw that I'd need to create a post and have it handled. I'm creating this post in this and 2 other forums 3 total (Dark Souls, 07 - Purchasing, Downloading, & Redeeming on Xbox One, 08 - Promotions & Special Offers
    on Xbox One) to bring more awareness so that it can expedite the issue.

    People have received the codes already but they are useless since ds 1 isnt backwards compatible yet. Which is bs lol.
