    Haven't received delivery label for service order


    I have an ongoing service order for a controller replacement but I haven't received the email for the delivery label so I can't send it in. It said if I haven't received it in 2 days then to contact support its been like 4 days and I still haven't received it.

    Haven't received delivery label for service order

    *I know this unrelated but I need some help*

    hello, Mrs. Kathy

    I got my Microsoft Account Locked (Compliance Lock) and I sent the ticket 5 days ago and still haven't gotten a reply the sir ticket number is SIR11795026. I even made a ticket before that which was 8 days but I made a new one since I started a support ticket and he told me to make a new ticket. I even made a new ticket today where he told me to make a new ticket the case number is 1046428577. But it was the same ticket number as SIR11795026.

    The email address for the locked account is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

    When logging in to any Microsoft service I receive the message:

    Your account has been locked

    We’ve detected some activity that violates our Microsoft Services Agreement and have locked your account.

    Unlocking your account

    To unlock your account, you’ll need some additional assistance. Navigate to "aka.ms/compliancelock" and we’ll get you to the right place.

    When I follow the link and fill out the form I received the reply that I violated the Code of Conduct. I filled out is called "account reinstatement". It also does not tell me how to retrieve my data. and I've made multiple support ticket and all they say is that in 24-72 hours I'll get a response which they never do.

    I've called and chatted with support, local and world-wide, for different services I just never get a reply they just tell me to wait everytime.

    It's been 14 days now.

    Trying to contact microsoft support for warranty

    After you’ve registered your device, follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to the Device servicespage with your Microsoft account credentials.
    2. Select the device that you want repaired.
    3. Follow the onscreen steps to complete your service order request.

    After Device services receives your submission, they’ll send you a service order number and an order confirmation email that includes delivery or drop-off instructions.

    Send in your device as soon as possible. If you don’t ship within 30 days of your request, your service order will be cancelled and the delivery label will no longer be valid. In countries or regions that offer a drop-off exchange, you must go to
    the drop-off centre within 7 days from the date you created the order.

    If after 24 hours you haven't received a confirmation email, check your email's junk folder or spam filter. If you don't find the email in junk or spam, contact Xbox Support.

    If you receive a message that your phone number or email address is invalid, go to Change the email address or phone number for your Microsoft account to update your account contact info.
