    I received a message on my dashboard that I have promotional credits that are going to expire soon. I checked my account and there are none in there. I have spoken with someone on chat who told me to post in the Xbox rewards forum, and was told there to
    double check my account then post here. I have checked my account and received no credits in February. The last credit I received was 27th of January. I do not know what the promotion was or anything like that sorry, the first I knew about it was when I got
    the message on my dashboard. I don't know if it helps/is relevant but I don't receive the newsletter (yes, I have signed up for it), and I rarely receive the monthly email from Xbox rewards. I wish I had more information I could give you sorry.

    April rewards deposit

    I haven't received rewards credits for April deposited into my account. Can you please check when they will be deposited.

    Since you only completed the avatar portion of the offer, that is the only Credits you received. Since you did not complete the purchase portion of the offer, you could not complete the achievement portion of the offer. For reference, you purchased Bram
    Stoker's Dracula, Scout's Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse, and State of Decay. Cabin in the Woods was not an eligible purchase for this offer, as was indicated on the FAQ.

    microsoft will tell su all when they have an answer im getting it aswell but for now we got no idea whats going on

    Hey all,

    I think its just an advert, however is just worded poorly. I have it also, and have checked my account and can confirm I have no promotional funds sitting there

    You can check the balance of your MS account through the MS Commerce website: commerce.microsoft.com

    If you scroll down to "Payment Options" you will see if you have any funds there

    That is as far as I know at least, unless they're giving us some free points that I am yet aware of Haven't received credits into account. :)

    From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
    account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
    will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.


    Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
    into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

    Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's too early to see credits pending for November purchases.

    Devil May Cry would have gone towards your Games on Demand punch card and you would need to make 2 other eligible purchases in order to complete that offer and receive credits.

    There have not been any offers the Battlefield/Titanfall bundle would be eligible for. If you are eligible for VIP rebates, it would be part of your rebate which is calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would
    be too early to see credits pending for November purchases.

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

    You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/),
    where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.
