Haven't received codes for Fallout 3 pre-order of Quantum Break pre-order

I've pre-ordered both Fallout 4 and Quantum Break digitally and haven't received codes for Fallout 3 (from Fallout 4) or WIndows 10 (Quantum Break). The games work fine themselves, just no codes. Oddly I did receive the Alan Wake American Nightmare code.
Appreciate any help I can get. Thanks!

I Haven't Received Quantum Break Pre-Order Bonuses

I pre-ordered Quantum Break on April 4th on Xbox One but I haven't received any of my pre-order bonuses. I contacted Microsoft support and they told me that I would receive my codes on the 15th. I received my Gears of War 4 beta code today but I still haven't
received any of my Quantum Break pre-order bonuses.

I have not received any pre order bonuses or codes from my Quantum Break pre order as well.

I also pre-ordered Quantum Break and haven't received any code of the promotional items (Alan Wake, etc.) only for the Quantum Break itself. Please help. Been through this several times now. With Gears of War, Fallout 4 etc. Getting a little annoying chasing
items/codes that are rightfully yours. Thanks
