haven't received bonus content

Hey, I pre ordered the NBA2k17 Legend Edition Gold off the Xbox Store and I only received the game and did not receive the Bonus Content. I was talking to one of your representatives on the chat support and he sent me here to lodge my claim and receive
my codes for such bonus content.

I did they are saying that i need proof of purchase and it needs to have my gamertag or email on it
