    Haven't received bonus content for purchase of the movie Star Wars: Force Awakens


    I preorded the Force Awakens when it was offered in Movies & TV on 12/20/2015. Now that the movie is out, I have not had any of the bonus content applied to my account, just the movie. I was told by chat support to make a post here in order to get the content
    properly applied. My case # is [Mod Removed]

    If I cannot get the bonus content added, if I could get a refund on the original purchase I don't mind buying the release version with the credit.

    playing lego star wars the force awakens on xbox 360 - missing some characters from season 1,2,3

    Has anyone been playing lego star wars the force awakens on xbox 360? Does Lego Star Wars The Force Awakens Season Pass have General Grievous, Battle Droids, Super Droids, Kit Fisto and lots of other characters from episode 1, 2 and 3?

    Wars: The Force Awakens (Watched it) and I own Star Wars Battlefront, I played a few hours during that week of buying The Force Awakens. I have not seen any credit deposited into my account yet. Hoping someone can help me here.

    DLC is downloadable content. Basically it's add-on content you can purchase separately for the game.

    I've never received this experience before. I purchased Star Wars: The Force Awakens only 5 minutes before and that was fine. This is the only issue I have had regarding this error.

    Since your purchase was only 39.99, it did not complete the first level of the offer. The second level of the offer can only be completed upon completion of the first level of the offer, so you have not received Credits yet for your achievements.
