    Haven't received any rewards credits for purchase's in 2017


    when I first started using Xbox rewards I got credits whenever I bought gold or bought a game on the Xbox 360 game store but since I have bought my Xbox one I haven't received any Xbox credits for my purchase's I made in 2017. My reward statements say that
    the last time I earned credits was in 2016 but Ive bought gold and a few games in 2017 and never got my credits for my purchase's. Also I haven't been able to use what I have requested for deposits either. Please help I really liked this reward program when
    I started using it but now it just doesn't seem as good as it once was.

    Credits for FIFA2017

    I bought Fifa 2017 from the Xbox Store back in October, but I still haven't received any credits.

    I have one tab for the FREEquent Player mission and have not received the credits for it and despite spending $18.38 in October on Warframe it wasn't counted towards the One-Two-Free Punch mission

    As of 2015 we are no longer rewarded for purchasing/renewing xbox live gold. As for your other purchases, they must qualify for a specific promotion running on the site OR you must have earned at least your first star in your myvip rank (requirements vary
    by region) before you begin to get rewarded for purchases.

    The staff will have to review your account to let you know if there are any other issues, but the program changes back in 2015 may be the cause of why you are not seeing the same things. The staff will respond within 1-2 business days of your post. They
    respond oldest to newest, so it is best not to bump your thread. They work Monday - Friday (except holidays) from 9am to 5pm PST.

    MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015
    and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    Microsoft points were discontinued in 2013. At that time the rewards program started awarded rewards credits. In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the Rewards site at the time, or you need at least
    1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from?
    I'm thinking of GTAV, but I haven't got enough points for it

    Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order. However, you will not receive your Rewards Credits until 96 hours after ALL of the games you pre-ordered have released. If Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is one of your chosen titles, you
    will not receive your Reward until 96 hours after the game’s release date on January 23, 2017.

    Therefore it is too early to receive a punch for your purchase of Resident Evil 7.
