Haven't received any credit from purchasing games

I have purchased a lot of games but I have never been credited with VIP rewards credits. I have. Even a member for over one year and I am still stuck on 250 points.

Please can some one contact me to discuss this.

Surely when you purchase games from the store you should be rewarded with credit points but I haven't.

trying to find out why I haven't received any points in the last year or so from purchasing games through Xbox.

 

I haven't received the credits for buying a game or renewing my Xbox 360 gold

I haven't received the credits I was supposed to for renewing my Xbox 360 gold or for purchasing a game in the Xbox store
