Haven't Received Alan Wake Codes with Quantum Break Pre-Order

I just chatted with support, and they said to post here that I still have not received my Alan Wake codes. He verified that I qualify for the codes. Here is my support ticket number:

I haven't recieved my quantum break pre order bonus codes for Alan Wake and Alan Wake American Nightmare

 

Quantum Break / Alan Wake Codes

I pre-ordered a digital copy of Quantum Break and I have not received the advertised pre-order bonus codes for Alan Wake: American Nightmare, Alan Wake (+DLC), or the Win10 version of Quantum Break.

 

They won't do anything on this board. Just tell you to wait. You've been sidestepped.
