    I've posted over 5 times in the past 2 weeks regarding a suspension that I'm currently serving. I have proof the suspension should have not happened in the first place, all my current messages I've sent since receiving my Xbox One last year. This is my 3rd
    suspension. No word from the Enforcement Team, but have gotten much support from friends who are part of the Ambassador program. They don't know the details and for how long my suspension would be. They said if it's my 3rd one, it should last about 2 weeks.
    It's been 2 weeks, 3 days. They can't do anything, customer service can't do anything, and there is no PHYSICAL BEING that is part of this Team of bots working the bans.

    I don't know where else to go. The "banning" of communications, sending messages, share clips outside of Upload, and streaming is ridiculous. I have the right to know how long I'm stuck with this unlawful ban. I can't get a word from anyone, but seeing how
    many people get replies within minutes or a day makes me wonder if I'm permanently banned. I can make new profiles, that's fine. But when I've been on Xbox LIVE for 7 YEARS, it's hard to do so. I've been a great player, been rewarded for it, but can get suspended
    for saying "Hello" or "Invite me to game or I invite you?" in a message and get reported for EACH INDIVIDUAL message sent. The system is FLAWED, and I'm not the only one saying this. There are literally THOUSANDS of people I've played/interacted with and they
    all agree it's unlawful and unfair. Everyone has the right to know why they got suspended and know how long it will be. I get the emails, nothing says how long it will be. The message I'm sent on my physical console is empty, or tells me to look it on the
    360, but can't SIGN IN ONLINE to view it, then the app crashes every time I pull it up on my phone.

    Give me a response SOMEONE! I have A LOT of content that is currently preventing me from making a living. I have subscribers on YT that want to see more of my content, but unable to. I can't talk with subs when gaming online, even my friends. I have NEVER had
    a problem with players online on the PS3/PS4 because no one gives 2 ticks about anything. They don't like me? They block me. Same for the 360. But for Xbox One, I can get banned for being FRIENDLY! I've read the entire Code of Conduct for online interactions.
    I can't believe that I can get banned for just sending a friendly message. Time to update the Code of Conduct and think like Sony. I've sent many messages on PS3/PS4, yet I have NEVER been on suspension. I've reported one of my friends for poor communication.
    He sends the same thing every day for the past YEAR, reporting him each time it's sent. Hasn't been banned. The only thing he got was a temporary suspension from playing online for a week, only to receive that less than 3 months ago. I'd rather not be able
    to play online for a week instead of not talking with anyone. It's WORSE than gaming.

    Give me a reply Enforcement Team. If not, I will be forced to shut down this account and file a lawsuit against the ban that is in place. I will fight for each person affected. This has gone on long enough. If you have proof that there is reason that I receive
    the ban, MESSAGE DOWN BELOW! I'm not waiting any longer. You have 3 days, or my attorney will be giving you a call.

  5. This did nothing. I've checked it already, but my history is empty. After refreshing the page, it just shows my past 2 suspensions. My 3rd isn't there. I need REAL INFORMATION from REAL PEOPLE. Not a broken website.

    Hey there Savior -

    Like Internet Expert said above, we do not have any information regarding Xbox Live Enforcement actions. When they take actions against and account or device, they send an email informing you of that to your Microsoft Account attached to your Xbox Live account.

    We do not have any further information nor speculation to share. Thanks for understanding.
