    Xbox One users who pre-ordered the game at either the retail level or online via the Xbox Games Store will receive the Xbox Live Arcade title "Alan Wake's American Nightmare". Digital pre-orders should already have them delivered via Xbox Live message. If

    I was sent here after speaking to a representative from Microsoft to solve my issue with not receiving my Windows 10 code for Quantum Break and the Alan Wake: American Nightmare DLC. Also, I haven't received my $10.00 code for pre-ordering the game as well.

    I created a post regarding the free Quantum Break for the PC and was told to wait. This is a post in relation to American Nightmare that I still haven't got even though I pre-ordered the game back in February and was told I would get it 10 days after the
    pre-order.

    I still haven't received an answer from a Microsoft representative (Even if its just we are looking into this). How long do I need to wait (NOT for the PC version of Quantum Break or Alan Wake since I have a time frame for those 2).
