Haven't had credits deposited in my account for 5 months

i am missing $12 in rewards that I have redeemed but weren't added to my account

I have 8250 credits since December 18, 2016 and I haven't recieved my credits yet.

I have had 8250 credits since December 18, 2016 and I haven't received my credits yet. They should of been deposited by January 5 ,2017 into my account. When will they be deposited for me to be able to use these 8250 credits?

No rewards for past 5 months

according to my account page I haven't had any points deposited since March. It says the reason is an issue outside of your system . Not much info for a issue 5 months old now?

Do you mean the credits haven't been deposited into your account yet or is there another offer you're looking for credits from? The credits should be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you earned them.

Deposit requests are only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. If you got the 10,000 credits on the 13th, they would be scheduled for the deposit on the 29th.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they
are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

Well I had made a deposit requests on 3/16 and checked yesterday and STILL haven't received my approximate 11,000 credits as well.

Lifetime credits is the total amount of credits you've earned since joining the program. It includes credits that have already been deposited as well as any that have already been deposited.

If the same amount is pending, then that means they haven't been deposited yet and would be scheduled for deposit by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you got to 5,000 credits.

If you have a smaller amount pending, that means you've already had some credits deposited. Your statement on the MyRewards section of the site would list any deposits you would have previously had. You can verify deposits at http://commerce.microsoft.com

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your last Credit event occurred earlier this month, it had not yet been fully processed. Your deposit will occur during the end of month deposit process.
