    Haven't gotten points for the witcher 3 promo after 96 hours


    Recently I saw the witcher 3: wild hunt promo on the Xbox live rewards center, and decided to purchase the witcher 3 with all dlc. On the frequently asked questions page it says that it can take up to 96 hours to deposit the points. It has been over 96 hours
    and the points have not been deposite. Can somebody help me?

    so it's been 5 days and I still haven't gotten my 15000 points for preordering 3 games

    That's more than 96 hours

    Still haven't received the forza points

    I still haven't gotten the 5000 point for preordering Forza. I made a post 10 days ago and was told to wait another 96 hours. It's been longer than that 96 hours and still do not have the 5000 points. Please help.

    We see that you have earned Credits for your achievements. Keep in mind that it can take us up to 96 hours to process new information. Regarding your avatar purchases, there was an issue with avatars that was recently resolved. You should see the Credits
    for that offer pending shortly. We also see that you have received your Gems for this offer. You can see your total Gems from the vault page at (https://rewards.xbox.com/en-US/myvip/vault/).

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We have found an issue with the History Repeats offer that we are now in the process of resolving. You should see your purchases recognized shortly, and the achievements recognized after your purchases are awarded.

    Keep in mind that it takes about 96 hours for the punches to show, and then the credits will be given about 96 hours after all 3 games have been released.

    Having problems getting rewards from xbox rewards.

    Keep in mind it should take about 96 hours for the program to update with the option to redeem the plats. Since the offer started on the 12th, you would have gotten your 5th achievement today so it's too soon to see the option. If you don't see it after
    the 96 hours, you'll want to post in the support section of the forum.
