Haven’t gotten my reward money

I did the preorder mission to get 15,000 rewards points but I never saw the money in my account even though it says it was deposited. I chatted with Microsoft Support and the chat number is 1420938150.

Both October and November Rewards not received still.

All my friends have gotten both rewards, I haven’t gotten either.

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. Once Credits are converted to currency and deposit, we no longer have any control over them. If you believe there is an issue with your currency, you should contact Xbox billing support at (Contact Us | Xbox Support).
