Havent gotten my 10 percent back for months.

Hello, Thank you in advance for your help. I reached the max back last year, been a rewards member for 8 years since 2010 so I am pretty familiar with it so with that being said the 10 percent back that I am supposed to be getting back on purchases I don't
think I have gotten once this YEAR and it is now May. I understand things are changing and I'm sure there are a lot of things to keep track of so no harm no foul but I would appreciate if someone could look into this....just a few games I can think of being
purchased are Kingdom come , Far Cry 5 , NBA 2k18 and various movies and gamer tag changes etc etc several hundreds of dollars worth and no 10 percent back on anything, again I appreciate your time and effort into making things right with my account and getting
the 10 percent back to me that I earned, Good day.

MyVIP Star % Back

MyVIP Star rank says I should be getting 10% back on my digital purchases every month. However the last time I've gotten that percent back on my purchases was way back in November of last year. I haven't gotten any % back on my purchases since then.

 

Not getting referral points

I refered my friend deadpass456 in xbox live rewards over a month ago and i still havent gotten my referral Msp and he havent gotten points for buying 12 months of xbox live and for the referral...

P.S

its important to state that when i check my referral status with deadpass456 it says that its still pending even though a month has passed

After reviewing your account, it sounds like you may not be aware of some of the extra functionality on the MyRewards page. You can sort/view the MyStatement to show past Credit events, all the way back to the entire lifetime of your account. There you will
see that you have had MyVIP payback for the past months. You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from
your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. Also, based on the titles you mentioned, it sounds like you are unaware of how MyVIP works.
Pre-orders are one of the items not eligible for MyVIP, as stated in the FAQ:

What content can I earn a % back on purchases for?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify towards your MyVIP Star Rank and % back on purchases, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes,
movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, subscriptions like EA Access and Xbox Game Pass, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points
or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.
