haven't got my Reward/point for purchasing GOW4

Hi,

as the title Says, GOW4 doesn't show up on my reward program. What to do?

Missing reward points

I haven't been earning rewards on purchases for this year. latest examples are no reward for renewing gold membership, no points for purchasing Inside or GoW4.

Can someone look into this please? GT: AIM1

I still haven't received my codes after purchasing and playing GoW4 almost a month ago. What do?

 

Is there a specific offer you're looking for credits from? There are currently no offers to receive credits just for purchasing that game. It does qualify for part of the current Rewards Story offer, but you would need to complete the other 2 parts in order
to receive credits.

and wouldn't your purchase also count torward the VIP program? Nothing is there.

 

Specific games will not show in your statement. Only offers you've completed. in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

 

Ok, thanks for clarifying that for me. But GOW4 was on that offer for preordering right? Before the release?

 

Yes. There was an offer to receive credits for preordering Gears 4 as long as you preordered before September 30 I believe. Support will check that one for you.

There was an offer in September that rewarded all pre-orders of Gears of War. However, since your pre-order of Gears of War was made in October, it was not eligible for this offer and so did not receive completion Credits from the offer.

Regarding your other purchases, you can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
