Havent got a deposit

I have 11,000 pending credits and its the 15th, but still no deposit. No option for early withdrawal either. Just wondering how to get my 11,000 credits? usually does it automatically on the 15th

i havent recived a credit deposit in months im around 20,000 credits whats going on did the system change last deposit i got was back in september

 

why always im going to get credits from xlrewards the date of the deposit change again and again?

when i try to get a deposit of credits from rewards, it always change the day of the deposit and i havent got anything yet.

 

Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you got to 5,000 pending. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. So if
you earned the credits after the 1st, they would be scheduled to deposit at the end of the month. The 15th and 30th are just the final dates that deposits can take place, but deposits usually take place before those dates. The first deposit for this month
took place around the 9th.

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Since you have over 5,000, they are already scheduled
for a deposit so there is no need to request one.

Generally, pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month
deposit the following month. Since your Credit event that placed you above the 5000 pending Credit limit required for an automatically scheduled deposit occurred on the 10th, you should expect these Credits to be deposited in the end of month deposit this
month.
