Havent been recieving rewards points on game purchases the last 2 years

ive spent hundreds of dollars the past 2 years on the online store but just noticed I havent recieved any points for them. Im a man of simple needs and just want my points for all my puchases

Missing Reward Points.

I last received reward points over 2 years ago, yet my reward account has been and is still active, that's 2 years of auto renewal (250 points per month) plus points for game purchases I haven't received. Please help.

i havent recieved my rewards points for the last few months also just brought the beging of the month titanfall 2 and battlefield 1 deluxe edition bundle set for the 6000 rewards points and i havent recieved them and also been buying stuff on the dash board
for the last year and been doing surveys and havent had the reward points from that neither wats going one

You'll want to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to check your account, Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least
1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from
the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

There were no offers to receive credits just for preordering The Division digitally. Depending on when it was purchased, it could have counted towards one of two different games on demand punchcards, but you would have needed to purchase other eligible games
in order to complete the offer and receive the credits.

If there are any other offers you're looking for credits from, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum in order for support to check into it for you.

Keep in mind that it takes 96 hours for points to show as pending. So you wouldn't have received the survey points from January yet.
