    havent been receiving any rewards since upgrading to an Xbox one over a year and a half a go


    I haven't received any percentage back from the things I buy i.e. Games and FIFA points. I get no rewards what so ever even though I still have an account. I feel like I've missed out massively upgraded to an Xbox over a year and a half ago. Since then
    nothing. I use get a lot from the reward program whilst on the 360

    i have been a xbox rewards member since june 2011 i havent been getting points since xbox one came out and i bought plenty of games movies and dlc content last year but no reward point why is this happening

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits for?

    Keep in mind, subscriptions, in-game consumables (FIFA points), and pre-orders do not count towards VIP. Any games that are eligible for other offers on the site will not count towards VIP rebates as well, even if you don't complete the offer.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders,
    game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds.
    If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress
    at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals.

    Yeah it looks to be. I've been a gold member for over 8 years and have been a part of the rewards program since day one but didn't receive a mail today. Still can't wait for the 22nd :)

    You would not have received anything in order to upgrade. You would have just needed to purchase it on the One and it would have been free. Since the upgrade offer would have expired well over a year ago at this point, it would no longer be possible to upgrade
    for free.
