    Hi all, so I bought Battlefield 4 about two weeks ago. For the first week everything was fine, but this week for some reason, the xbox live services have been limited according to the support website. Plenty of people, including friends that live in my area
    have been able to play online as normal and I've been sat here checking the website in vain every couple of hours for the past six or so days to see if these issues have been fixed or that there is at least an update on the situation.

    Literally every single game I go on is affected, BF4, Titanfall, Watch Dogs, Sniper Elite III... everything! They do not even attempt to connect, they immediately decline my xbox access to online matches. The weird thing is though, I can still use apps such
    as YouTube and message my friends. Is this a problem on my end? It seems that everybody else has been able to use their consoles as normal with very few hiccups while mine has just been sat around mostly collecting dust.

    I guess I could just rant about how all I want to do is to be able to use this expensive bit of kit as it was intended, especially as I've just bought a new game for about £40 but that won't be getting me nowhere. I just want some sort of relief in knowing
    that it isn't just me getting the worst of this.

    Any suggestions as to what to do would be greatly appreciated, or at least some kind of backstory/update as to what has been going on with multi player recently.

    whats up with the online servers ? I haven't been able to play a ranked fight in weeks !! is this going to be fixed ? HELP!!!!!!!

    Constant Network Issues with 0 compensation from Microsoft

    I feel your pain. I haven't been able to play Advanced Warfare online in 2 weeks. I can't even get into a match at all. Why am I paying $60 a year plus the $60 for a game, if I can't play online?

    I know there's been a few service alerts out over the last week but I have been able to party chat and play online when I've been on.

    At the first sign of any problems I try a hard reboot ( When the console is on, hold the power button on console until it turns off, leave a few minutes and power back up )

    Have you run a network test to see what your NAT is etc .... ?

    Are you wireless? if so is it possible for you to try connecting using a cable?

    Like suggested above, if none of this works probably best for you to contact Xbox Support and even give your own broadband provider a call to see if there's a problem somewhere.
