Haven't been able to launch Disney+ for 2 months

As the title says, I haven't been able to launch Disney+ since late December. It's only on the Xbox One X, it works fine on my fiance's OG Xbox One. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, transferring it to an external, and hard resets. Nothing works,
at best it get to the loading screen and it stays there permanently with the circle spinning but most of the time it just crashes with no error message after about a minute.

Have you tried to hit up the Disney+ support and help center online yet? https://help.disneyplus.com/csp

If none of those support articles work for you, there's a reddit post I found that has a customer support hotline number you can try to call.

That’s strange, in this case the best option for you is reach Minecraft support with proof of an active subscription, in that way they can see what’s going on exactly with this realm

Are you able to see the subscription active or expired in your Microsoft Account subscriptions page?

If not, are you able to see these charges in your Microsoft Account order history?
https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

If you're not able to see nothing, exist the possibility that you purchased the subscription on a different platform (iOS, Android, PS, Nintendo, etc)
As you use more than one platform please check the subscriptions page and order history in all the platforms that you use

Thanks for replying! I do in fact have Realms + 2 others currently active. It says my next charge is on the 21st of December.
