    Haven't been able to deposit My Rewards for months


    Hey there.

    I've had issues for months now - every time I receive a Rewards email I look to see if I've deposited and I have the big red button telling me that I need to update my information. All of it is there and I've resaved it multiple times - and my region is
    stated as Canada, which is correct. I oddly have a second US account that has no reason to be there and I'm wondering if this is causing an issue?

    Regardless I am a 100% digitial customer so I've been backed up on deposits for a while now and I'm interested in seeing if there's a resolution.

    Can't early deposit myrewards credits

    I have had over 10,000 credits from rewards since before March 30th of last month and I haven't been able to early deposit them and there is no deposit date either, I talked to xbox support and here is the ticket number 1381324499

    I have over 17,000 points available for deposit, but haven't been able to receive a deposit in over 18 months. Can somebody please help me out here?

    Hello Thrillhauus,

    Unfortunately, the strange extra account you are seeing may be related to this deposit issue. There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary
    billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process. Since we do not have direct access to the database containing user's billable accounts, this is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. The unknown
    billable account that you discovered may be related to the issues our program is experiencing with this database, but we cannot offer a fully informed response on that issue. Since we do not have control over user's billable accounts, you would have to contact
    Xbox support for more assistance on the issue where you see a strange US account in your information. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty
    user input. The prompt asking you to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Hello Loulou Legrand,

    It looks like you chose to opt in to the Simply Rewarding offer last month (6000 Credits for $60 in purchases). This caused your purchases to go towards this offer, and not MyVIP payback, since purchases can only be awarded once. This is outlined in our
    FAQ:

    What type of Rewards can I earn?

    In addition to our special events and offers, there are two easy ways to earn Rewards Credits each month; by completing missions or special offers, or with a MyVIP Star Rank. To see current
    missions, visit the MyMissions page. For more details, please see the Terms and Conditions. Don't forget to check back often to see what's new, as missions are updated frequently!

    To learn more about your MyVIP Star Rank, which gives you a percentage back on what you buy in the Xbox Store, visit the MyRewards page. Once you have earned at least 1 Star, you'll start earning each month
    based on your qualifying purchases from the previous month.

    Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for MyVIP.

    Since you did not complete that offer, it did not award Credits from completion. If you are curious about your MyVIP payback for purchases made in April, since we calculate payback as a monthly whole, those Credits are not awarded until around the middle
    of the following month. This is outlined on the FAQ as the folllowing:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    Microsoft Rewards Points not received

    96 hours is how long it would take for them to show as pending on the Rewards site. They would be scheduled to deposit into your account by the end of the month.
    Thank you for responding. I had been looking for some sort of history of the transaction, but haven't been able to locate anything as the old Rewards pages seem to be locked down. I will wait until July and see what happens :)

    Missing reward credits

    The option to request a deposit is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. So you would not have been able to request a deposit at 21,000 credits. If you request a deposit and then redeemed gems for rewards credits,
    the credits from the gems are scheduled to be deposited at the end of the month.
