Haven't been able to connect to xbox live for months

A few months ago, I plugged my xbox one in and started it up for the first time in about a year. I updated it and all my games, but I wasn't able to fully connect to xbox live. I would be able to access my profile and friends but on my dashboard was the
standard "connect to xbox live" box. When I clicked on this nothing happened. I had an open NAT type and whenever I tested connection it came up with a message saying "It's a problem on our side, wait a bit" despite xbox live being completely fine. I was occasionally
able to connect fully to xbox live and have access to syncing games, multiplayer, and the store, however, this was only twice. I did a factory reset on my console, but that did not change anything. I was still unable to connect fully to Xbox live. Irritated
by this, I looked up resolutions and deleted all network data and my profile, then I proceeded to do a hard shutdown on my console. This did not work and I am now unable to play games on my profile. Whenever I attempt to download a profile, a message comes
up saying, "xbox live error, try again later", and it gives me the code 0x80a40019. Hope this problem can be solved.

about to completely give up on this game. connectivity is the worst. I haven't been able to play for days because it can't connect to the server. I play other Microsoft games, and the issue is specific to Bingo. sucks

 

Haven't been able to deposit My Rewards for months

Hey there.

I've had issues for months now - every time I receive a Rewards email I look to see if I've deposited and I have the big red button telling me that I need to update my information. All of it is there and I've resaved it multiple times - and my region is
stated as Canada, which is correct. I oddly have a second US account that has no reason to be there and I'm wondering if this is causing an issue?

Regardless I am a 100% digitial customer so I've been backed up on deposits for a while now and I'm interested in seeing if there's a resolution.

I have opened all ports and have throughout all of this had an open NAT

 

sounds like a router issue to me , what is your modem and router (model numbers) and wired or wireless ? who is your internet through ?

 

I've tried connecting it wirelessly and with an Ethernet cord, neither have worked. Currently using the Aztech 700WR-3G, a modem which was given to me by my isp, Telkom. (South Africa).

 

nvm finally worked the problem out. It being unplugged messed up the time so it wasn't connecting as it's time was set to 2011. Thanks

 

I am having same issue. When I go to settings it says everything is all good tho
