Haveing trouble

i haven't been able to play Xbox for 5+ hrs now I checked all my wires unplugged the wifi ECt nothing is working can somone help or tell me what's worng all my friends are online play cod:adAdvanced warfare. Please help

If your account has been signed in elsewhere, then your account was compromised. Even if it says it was "at your dad's house", they had to download your gamertag which requires your Windows Live ID. I'd contact Xbox Support regarding your gamertag, but as
for the connection issues, do you get any specific error codes?

 

do you got a laptop connected if so you might have disconectted the xbox and reset the router or morderm

 

There's no laptop I have it wired in I reset the mode It's connect to its own wifi no one els is connectd to it.

Idk if it's a problem on there end or something

they said turning it off and unplugging the xbox one for 10 seconds is a cold reboot it might work

Do you get any errorcode/messages when trying to play online? Is this issue only on COD:AW or also when trying to view friends or play other games online

But first try what Wickeder said. Hold the powerbutton on your Xbox for approx. 10 seconds untill it turns off, then unplug it for another 15 seconds and try again
