Have you seen reporting actually work?

The link to the forum Eggnogga posted in this thread shows it works. [=D I'm just curious to see how rapid the turnaround can be. lol You'd think for Gamerscore hackers, that Microsoft would have some tracking software of some description, that could flag
profiles with hastily rising Gamerscores and get 'em looked at. [>_<]

 

research Vulcan if your so interested in how the system works......... Or get a job at MS. Heck Google the XLPET for more info....

In fact one can earn 10k GS in abot 24 hours. ( some games are just that easy) seems a bit fishy but not cheating.

Another 7 paragraphs for a simple complaint is a bit stalkish.......

I type fast and easily so can go off on what looks like a bit of a rant in a minute or two, and somebody could see that as my slaving over a post, maybe, if they don't type quite as fast? I dunno dude. If word count indicates obsession to you then perhaps
you should stick to places with character limits, forums generally don't have them. Not everybody vomits huge posts, but some of us do. Sorry. My bad.

10K GS is doable, maybe over a week, not 24 hours, but even if 24 hours was doable too, a flagged profile would be looked at and dismissed if it was legit. I was just suggesting a quick means for Gamerscore hackers to get flagged, rather than waiting on
another subscriber to file a complaint.

As to getting a job or researching stuff. lol Exaggerate much? I'm just curious to see the turnaround of the complaints system, it takes less than ten seconds every couple of days to type in a guy's GamerTag and see if he's still rocking and still active.
Believe it or not, all the hours and days in between, I have other things going on. Heh ha. {XD

Bleh. Some of that I consider cheating. On my other GT I maxed Fallout 3 PC and its DLC without using the console. Just cos you can do it without consequences doesn't uh, mean you should. Heh.

I concede you can garner 10K in ten hours though. That's legit. {=) My point about software tracking rising scores and flagging profiles still stands though. If I did work for MS - lol, it's laying off tens of thousands of people right now - and it had something
like that, and I had to review the flagged profile with that 10K on it. I'd be looking for games that I know for a fact take time...

... Most notably Rockstar games, they're notoriously difficult and time-consuming to max out, save maybe Bully and MC:LA, and obviously a majority of games I've played and had experience with. The only reason I took so much time searching the web before
filing a complaint was to be sure I was filing a complaint against somebody I was certain had hacked his GS and breached the CoC. I'm 100% convinced this guy has. That's all.

100% convinced of cheater + filed complaint = genuine interest to see how long it takes for a genuine cheater to get slammed. {=P lol

You can't get Max Payne 3 public multiplayer achievements offline. He has all of them offline. You can't get RDR public multiplayer achievements offline. He has all of them offline. You can't ping all five Max Payne 3 'complete the game on X difficulties'
without pinging at least twenty other achievements first and in between. Max Payne 3 is one of at least thirty games with anomalies.

I'd PM you his GT if I thought it was ethical so you could have a look and gawk at his obvious hacked GS yourself. But I won't.

Not sure why you're so bothered with what I'm doing. Much like you were bothered about my post-length maybe because you don't like reading. Heh. What I know is, when I know the turnaround, I'll be able to answer people like the OP in one post, with anecdotal
evidence that explains I wasted ten seconds every coupla days to see how long it took a complaint to take effect. Over a period of... however long.

People wonder about the effectiveness... I'm one that'll get an answer down the road. Heh ha. Hell, maybe I'll write a blog and post it to nobodycaresbutme.com, and credit you at forsomereasonbongkaoscaresthaticared.com

No, absolutely no. My situation is NOT "resolved". Just because I can do no more with it does not mean it was handled in any shape, form, or fashion that is reasonable. I was threatened, stalked, harassed, and put in danger, and the people in question
weren't even given communication bans over it. I know that much from being randomly matched with them over and over and over even after avoiding them. I'm trying to see both sides of it and admit it doesn't always fail, but noone can ever tell me it absolutely
works either. I've seen proof of that through my own experiences.

Think of the normal police. Mistakes are made.

Microsoft has to be correct 100% for bans so, YES things slip through only because absolute proof is needed

for action..... At the end of the day, there is no need to keep tabs on unwanted players IMO.

Then again, mistakes do happen..... Follow through if an issue is on going.

 

And a death threat, sent to me in a voice message, which I saved after reporting, juuuuuuust to be safe and make sure they had access to it, isn't 100% proof he sent me a death threat? Face it, they failed me. They might do a lot right, but they absolutely
failed me completely when I needed them. So, I go to my earlier statement in this conversation. It works "sometimes".

 

I'm just kinda keeping an eye on the neighbour I reported, by popping over to the window once every couple of days, and seeing how long it takes for the police to turn up and caution the offender. Heh ha. One look and, I think, it's an obvious reset.
