Have you fired your support team yet??????????????

If you were playing solo and just got matched randomly with your team, you'll always be listed as Fire Team Leader. Team Leader likely only applies to a party, but I haven't played with anyone else yet to verify.

This was my first "are you serious??" experience when I fired up the online MP to this game. Minutes later I revived a down team mate and received 300 XP. Yes, it boggles my mind too Velour. I would think that ranking up quickly by performing team actions
would be the way to go in MP yet many others prove me wrong in this theory. I should fire up GRFS again. It's been awhile yet I have a feeling that the online MP "lone wolf" mentality has not changed one bit based on your post.

Only a couple modes have friendly fire. Flood, CTF, and a couple others. Most dont have friendly fire. If you go into Big Team Slayer you can shoot at your team mates all day and nothing will happen. However you can damage their vehicles. Just be glad
there is not friendly fire in every mode like the other Halo games. While it can be frustrating when team mates blow up your vehicles, its MUCH better than being shot and killed with their weapons.

There is Friendly fire. You can kill your team mates in Dominion. I always get people who grenade spam the Wraith almost every time I beat them to it.

I try to put as many of the team into Overwatch as possible at the end of the turn unless they have a shot % of about 65 or above. Having supports with the ability to heal AND reaction fire against aliens firing is really useful too.
