Have You Ever Had To Do A Hard Reset?

Yeah but I found out I didn't have too.

For some reason getting signed in with Kinect wouldn't associate my mic with my controller even though it was plugged in. If I went up and selected "choose this person" on my account before I joined a party it'd work 100% of the time.

Hahaha, sometimes I spend more time looking at my games trying to figure out what to play than I do playing then.....not really, but it feels like it sometimes.....

I cant play black ops alot, gt boring after a while

 

I've had to do 2. The first for an unresponsive controller. The second was in relation to the Update preview.

 

I hear a lot of people say they had to do it for every disc. There has to be something they did wrong. I hard reset for the disc dirty issue. Plus unplug console. Plus unplug modem. Leave un plugged 5 minutes then re boot. Worked first time have not seen
the dirty disc message since

Every since this new update. The disk drive seems to *** my disc when ejected and then when I get the disk out it will not let me play games without a hard reset. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

 

My game discs work perfect, I'm in the update beta

 

Twice. Once shortly after buying it and a second time the other day from the update. Nothing to worry about really, it's a beta test risk and everything needs a reset from time to tim. I've done it on both my iPhone 5S and iPod numerous times not to mention
various other bits of tech.

 

done it a few times, used to get an issue where my games wouldnt load they'd just instantly ping me back to dashboard happened with fifa and bf4 but the hard reset fixed it everytime

 

done 2 myself when the console runs really slow.i notice it goes really slow when updates are due out

 

I've done it once, but only to clear the cache. I had a game that was acting up. It fixed it.

 

...And even though I'm on the preview update, "so far" I still haven't had to do a hard reset. "So far" my disc haven't acted up, although the preview forums are filled with people having issues. Either I'm lucky or ...
ok, I must just be lucky. lol

 

I did it because of the april update and the mess up to surround ,hoping it would fix it.It didn't ,still waiting as are many others

I've had mine since Day 1.

I think people get in a panic if something doesn't happen for them instantly and NEED to do something for their own peace of mind.

We're just conditioned to have what we want straight away and too many of us tend to freak out if what we want doesn't happen instantly.
