Have yet to receive Fallout 3 code for pre ordering Fallout 4

I digitally pre ordered Fallout 4 on Nov 7th and have yet to receive my pre order code for Fallout 3.

Hi everyone!

It might help the support staff if you each made your own threads detailing if it has been 10+ days since your purchase of Fallout 4.

They can then reply to each of your threads individually and check up on this for you all.
