Have yet to receive codes for the rest of the Gears of War legacies (Gears of War UE)

I had purchased my Xbox One over two weeks ago that had came with the Gears of War Ultimate Edition digital code. In those two weeks, I have finished the campaign multiple times and even collected all the COG tags but have yet to receive the rest of the
codes for the other legacies. I have called Microsoft twice and each person has told me a different wait time between 7-10 days to 17 days. I had even posted about my issue on gearsofwar.com and on the Xbox support site and have yet to hear back from an actual
representative from Microsoft or Gears of War. My username is tonijavier01 and i would really appreciate getting those codes or at least have someone tell me whats going on.

Gears of war promotion bundle

I had purchased the Xbox One Gears of War: Ultimate Edition Bundle about three days ago and redeem the three codes given to me along with the Gold 14 day free membership. I have finished the campaign but have yet to receive the codes for the other legacies.
I'm not sure if I'm too late or what I did wrong, but I bought this bundle specifically for the other legacies as well. My gamer tag is . Please reply back and thank you.

 

Gears of war 2 code

hi I brought and played gears of war ultimate edition in Novembe/December and am yet to receive my code for gears of war 2 I have gears of war 3 installed but still no code for gears of war 2

If you purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox One or Windows 10 between April 25, 2016, and December 31, 2016, or if you redeem a code for the game as part of a console bundle before December 31, 2016, you'll receive the following Xbox 360 backward-compatible
games:

• Gears of War
• Gears of War 2
• Gears of War 3
• Gears of War: Judgment

Gears of War 2 is not available in Germany.

These codes are only playable on Xbox 360 or Xbox One. They won't work on Windows 10.

Codes will be sent out in waves, so it may take a few days for you to receive your code once the campaign begins.

The codes will be sent directly to the
Xbox Message Center. After receiving the code, we strongly suggest that you save a copy. Messages are retained for a maximum of 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted.
