    Have Xbox live but cant play online


    I redeemed a code for 12 months Xbox live on the Xbox website on my computer and it' come up I have a 12 month subscription but when I go to play online on the Xbox it just says I'm not allowed to play online and takes me to a screen for buying gold membership
    even though I already have a 12 month subscription, any ideas?

    I have xbox live and good connection but it says i cant play online. The website says i have a clean record too so i dont know why i cant play online.

    Have Xbox Live gold but cant play online

    Just bought 3 months of Xbox live gold, go to play an online game but cant as I apparently don't have a gold membership. Checked my memberships and clearly states I do with an expiry date 3 months from now. Please sort this out Xbox, It's getting quite annoying!
