    Have Xbox gold but no access to any of the features.


    purchased and activated Xbox gold 12 months on September 16 2017. My account supports this claim by saying i have Xbox live subscription which expires 2018. Yet i cannot access any of my Xbox live features. I can't play my games online or join or create
    a party chat. It's infuriating me to no end. Plus i phoned a support representative which was no help. Which took me 20 minutes to which i found no help. The Microsoft support verification code they gave me is 722117. Any help would be appreciated. It's like
    having a full tank of gas but my car won't start because it thinks the tank is empty.

    My sons account can't join a party invitation due to restrictions

    your son can "Chat" if you only have silver but no parties, full Gold is required as stated earlier by these helpful people to access all features of the xbox service

    Your profile does not have the correct permissions to access this feature

    When i try to access any online feature i get the message : "Your profile does not have the correct permissions to access this feature". I started getting this message when my Xbox Live Gold expired , but now i have renewed it and i still get it.

    Sorry to hear about the issues with using Xbox Live Gold features, what sort of troubleshooting steps have you tried to fix this yet? Are you able to download Games with Gold titles and is your console set as Home by your profile?

    An XBL Membership limitation does not allow you to access this feature. - Madden 16

    That would be correct. Any online multiplayer feature can only be accessed if you have a Gold membership

    The 14-day trial does not convert your account to gold status. It merely gives you access to many of the features a gold subscription gets you. Have you tried playing online or using any gold status features yet?

    I believe that the action house is an online feature in the game. This means that until you have a gold membership again you will not be able to access any of those features.
