    Have Ultimate Pass/ Getting Region code error on digital game purchase


    Im using xbox360, I understand that I can only recieve xbox live gold due to my console. Outside of all that however, I know I should not be getting a region code error on a digital game brought directly through xbox marketplace, even though it is a free
    game.

    So, I got the xbox360 game "Too Human" last week through the xbox Marketplace and I am continually getting the error code: "this disc region code is incorrect for your console".

    My Xbox360 is registered and shows no errors on Microsoft.com, I have multiple games I have purchased through the same account in the past few years and my games show in purchase history, download and play fine. But "too human" gives this error code.

    This is a real problem as I do not want to waste money paying for xbox live gold, or purchasing more games when this error code malfunction is deciding for me / which games will play. I have seen people report this issue with no fix.

    Can I please get some help to address my concerns?

    Do you have Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate? Because the error speak about "conversion", maybe you are trying to redeem an Xbox Live code of a different region and conversion to Game Pass Ultimate don't work in this way. As additional information the codes
    are always region assigned.

    The console is marketed as all digital so that means that it will only take games in the form of codes, digital games purchases on the marketplace, or subscription passes like Game Pass, Ultimate, and EA Pass.

    What is happening to prevent her from playing her games? Is she getting error codes and if so, what are the specific error messages? Are these disc based games or digital downloads? Does her account have a subscription to Xbox Live Gold, Game Pass, or Game Pass Ultimate?

    More information is needed.

    I buy a digital code for Xbox Game Pass but didnt work because the region is not the same .
    Your only option would be to get a refund from where ever you purchased the code and then purchase a code that is meant for your region. There isnt any way around the region restrictions that wouldn't break the rules.

    The codes are not expired. The offers to receive the codes for purchased those games digitally ended, but the codes themselves have not expired.

    Do you get an error code with the error message? Is your account set to Belgium as well? Most of the time, the issue with these codes has been region related. The games are region locked so if your account region doesn't match your physical location, it
    will stop you from downloading the games.
