Have to unplug and replug Xbox One every time to turn it on

Weird issue. Xbox won't turn on using the controllers once it's off unless I unplug and replug in the power cord. Once it's on, it works fine.

Also, it will turn on if i use the button, but then the controllers won't connect no matter what I do - even if I plug them in to the console with the play & charge cable. So, I have to unplug and replug the power every single time I want to turn it on.

This only started in the last couple weeks. Any ideas as to what could be causing this?

The only way to fix it is to unplug and replug your XBox. the turn on and it should work

 

Xbox has lag issues online every time I turn it off and start playing later.

Every time I turn on my Xbox One and play a game it lags really bad online. I have to unplug my Xbox to reset it then plug back in and turn it on, then it works just fine after that. It's annoying since every time I turn off my Xbox and hop back on it does
the same thing and I have to unplug it and repeat this process and wait for it to reboot any time I quit and start playing again. Anyone else have this issue.

 

Have you tried resyncing your controllers to the console? Here's how to do it, in case you don't know already: -

Wonder if it is related to Kinect issue? Had to send mine in for replacement as it just stopped working. Haven't got anything back yet. This issue of unplugging to sync controller is a bitXX. Resenting controller does not fit it. Still have to unplug
and replug after power down. MS, please help!
