Have to type login info every time I reboot.

EVERY time I turn my Xbox on, I have to put in my password and email for the security proofs. Its really annoying. The thing is, it takes me putting the info in 5-8 times before it stops asking me. It takes about 20 minutes when I turn my Xbox on to be able
to play, due to this. Is there any way around this? It's completely destroying my Xbox experience.

Intermittent problem

Hi , having an intermittent problem with my s ..

few months ago it suddenly started to struggle login on to xbox live or running any apps\games I had to do a hard reboot each time to be able to use it.. After reading the internet I reset it back to factory settings..

At first worked fine .. Now back to the start but this time more intermittent and also will for no reason have issues loading \ playing games.

Again once I do a hard reboot everything works...

please help.. Dont think it is acceptable to hard reboot every time I want to do something

Delete Microsoft Account Security Info | Update Microsoft Account.

Hi there,

before removing security proofs (which may take 30 days to complete and might not fix this issue) try the following steps, to try and fix this issue. It may be a bit overkill, but it's worth the shot

1. Check account.live.com/.../manage to see if at least two security proofs are setup and verified. A phone number and alternate email would be best

2. Delete your profile from the console, be sure to delete only the profile, to do so check this link:

support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

3. Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

4. Turn the console off.

5. Turn the console on.

6. Clear the console cache one more time

7. Redownload your profile.(See the same link as 2.) you might have to enter the security verification afterwards and all should be fine again. Also if it is your console specify that you want to remember the password on the console

 

The second thing didn't work, and I don't want to delete by security proofs. I want to stop getting asked to do so after I turn my Xbox on. After asking this I have to put the proofs in even more so I'm putting that in for about 1-3 hours before it stops
asking me. I might just quit, it's getting too tedious to play a game for a few hours.

 

Can you please check the security proofs via the link I mentioned at step 1, and check if the security proofs are verified or not.

And be sure that you execute All steps in that exact order

 

I checked, all my proofs are verified and I did the steps you have listed in the exact manor you out them. I still can't play on.just account. I can connection for maybe 3 seconds then get disconnected to be asked to put in my email and password again. I'm
sorry of this seems childish but I'm done withhttp://i.imgur.com/imGuAQT.jpg this. I have no reason to touch my Xbox anymore now, I hate having to wait at least 30 minutes to play it. It's tedious,
unneeded, and flat out annoying. This is ruining my experience for my Xbox. Thank you for the help, but it didn't solve my problem.

 

I understand that this can be frustrating, it surely isn't the way it is supposed to work.

My advise is to contact Xbox Support, they might be able to see what is causing this and fix it
