Have to remove account from xbox one daily

Every day I end up having to remove my account from the xbox one and then import my account and information.

It starts by attempting to log in, it fails and tells me to enter my password. I enter my password, it then tells me it's incorrect. It does this for every attempt. The only way to fix this is to delete my account and import it back. Everyday.........

Xbox is telling me to get Gold even though I have it?

Another way to attempt to fix this, is to remove the account from the xbox in settings->accounts-> remove accounts. After that is removed login with that gametag again to force the console to fetch your live subscription data. In rare cases your Xbox account and live account will lose sync.

First time posting here .
So recently i bought a used xbox one with few digital games in it playable off course. As i have learned that I am able To play these games because seller has this xbox as his home console, even though there was mo sign in .
So ya , i now want to remove his account completely from this Xbox even though i will not be able
To play his games anymore.
So how to remove his home account from this xbox one? And creat
My new home account?

 

others have the same issue , I think its related to the way xbox talks to certain routers , mostly isp gateways....just for my info , what are you using for a modem and a router ?

 

Just to add to what Bimnog said so we can help you better: is your console region the same as the country you are located now?

 

Yes it is, I have been at the same location for 2 years with the same isp. Nothing has changed. This just started like a week ago. I have a surfboard (SB6183) modem and a linksys (EA6350) router. I don't use witeless, my device uses a cat 5 wire.

 

Freakin auto correct, witeless? Lol its supposed to say wireless.

 

I would bypass the router and plug the xbox directly into the modem , reboot everything and see how it acts....if all is well with that setup , then you know the Linksys is the bad guy.....

 

So I made no changes to anything today, I booted up my xbox like normal and was able to log in without having to download my profile again. Odd, first time in a week. If I end up having to download it again, I will try to bypass my router and go directly
to the modem. If that doesn't work, then I don't know. Anyhow, thanks for the help. I appreciate it. Hopefully my problem is solved.
