    Have to rebuy a DLC that I bought even though I own it???


    I recently rebought a Xbox 360 disc copy of Skyrim, and I remembered I had the DLC's from a few years ago. So obviously I redownloaded them... except one, and that's Dawnguard because apparently I don't own it... except I do, I remember buying it all those
    years ago using this account, I even have achievements unlocked for that DLC (back in 2014), but magically I don't own it. It's not even in my download history on the 360.

    One thing I did notice, is around the time I did buy it, there's an item I can't redownload due to "Content Not Available".

    I had bought the last of the sdu's, the smg and shotgun, and when I went back I had to rebuy them.. even though it took my eridium.

    Why am I being told that I need to rebuy DLC that I own on the 360?

    Not everything is transferrable between the 2 versions.

    If the order history doesn't show the purchase was made the best course of action would be to

    request a callback     from one of our billing specialist! They could look further into the account and hopefully get this squared away!!

    And to clarify, the title is meant to say purchased DLC not documents. Auto correct is trash. We are dealing with dlc here. Dlc bought in 2010. Dlc I own. I'm not rebuying something I own.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    This may mean that it was purchased on a different Microsoft account. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and locate your order transaction, the game should be visible as "completed".

    If not, you may need to check all Microsoft accounts that you own but if not, check all the Microsoft accounts that you own.

    I checked all the accounts, doesn't show up even though i got the game around 2021. I'm pretty sure it wasn't on game pass or xbox live gold. I had the game one moment on owned games, the next time, it is not there.

    I apologize but if it's not showing in any of your accounts it may have been shared with you before from a family member's account. If there are other profiles that used your Xbox before kindly ask them to check their account.
