Have to login Multiple times

Hello,

I have an issue with a login. Whenever I login even though it's the right email address and password the login screen keeps showing up saying "Because your accessing sensitive info, you need to verify your password" Even though I did that multiple times. It
works fine on my pc but my phone Is the only one doing the issue. I logged in multiple times and still asks me to login even though I have typed in the right info. I would really appreciate some help.
